the council had now understood what had really happened
"Well we shall consider everything when we go to decide the fate of coley valen. We shall return shortly with our decision"
the council left the court room and went into their judging room

Windi stood there and listened to what the council said. When they disappeared into the back to deliberate she turned around and walked back to be next to Coley.
"Coley I am sure they will find you innocent," as she said this she grabbed him and gave him a huge hug. She had tried so hard to hide her feelings for him while trying to proclaim his innocence.

"i hope so windi" he huged her back he then saw zolon trying to leave the court room coley then conjured a ruby dagger and threw it at zolon

Windi was startled for a minute then realized what Coley was doing. After Coley threw the dagger at Zolon and it hit Windi froze him there so he could not escape and recieve the proper punishment he deserves. She turned back to Coley and smiled.
"I miss our little adventures we had together but I have missed you more," she gave him a quick kiss then straightened up.
She looked towards the door and wondered how long the council was going to deliberate.

Windi looked up and stood straight. She hoped that the verdict would be good she wasn't sure if she could handle losing him all over again. She tried to convey to him how much she loved him and then turned her attention to the council and waited for the verdict.

Windi could not contain herself when she heard that the council found him innocent. She turned hugged him and gave him a kiss. She then turned and looked at Zolon frozen in place.
"Coley shall I un freeze him for you or would you like to do it while he is frozen?"
She knew this was going to be a hard thing for him to do because of the promise he had made to his mother so many years ago.

Windi nodded to him then waved her hand and released him. She leaned over to Coley and whispered in his ear, "I have full trust that you will be able to do this. I believe in you." She knew with this confidence that he would be able to pull this off with out hesitating.

Zolon then threw a fire ball at coley and hit his arm
coley then focused all his power inot a massive lighting bolt and cast it at zolon it hit him and then he watched as his brother fryed "you was a fool zolon i tryed so many times to give you the chance to change but you wouldent"

Windi winced when Zolon's fire ball hit Coley's arm. After Coley cast the lighting bolt at Zolon and he began to burn up Windi went to Coley's side and placed her hand over his arm and done a healing spell. After making sure Zolon was gone and Coley was alright Windi hugged Coley again and said, "I will not leave you this time, I love you, understand." She smiled and turned her attention to the council when they made a noise to get their attention. She had forgotten that they were in the room.

Windi followed Coley to his mothers home. She was glad to have him back and cleared of charges. She only had one thing to dicuss with him but she decided that she would wait on that until they returned to Salem.

Coley entered his mothers house and sat down wiht her at the table "mom i am sorry but i had to break my promisis i made too you long ago i killed zolon"
"i know coley you had no other choice and i knew zolon would never change and i am glad you came to see me before leaveing the village"
"mom you dont have to worry i will be returning to salem and i shall continue to use my powers for good"
jade huged coley and then sat back down
coley then got back up and headed for the protal back to salem
