Coley was sitting outside beside the bookshop when he received a message form the elder council requesting he return home to face his punishment he had officially been placed on trial for the death of Kari darkmoon 4years ago and he thought great my brother must be behind this he opened a portal to his village and left a note for windi on the counter in the book store he then enters the portal and as he steped out of the portal the town guard took him to the elder council tower

Coley stood before the council waiting for his trial to begin he was thinking i know that i wasent the one who killed kari he just glared at his brother zolon "zolon all i have to say to you that form this day forward you are no longer my brother "
"coley you were always weak and the day i took xars power was the day you stoped being my brother"coley then stood thier with nothing more to say until the trial began

the elder council had entered the room and then began to start the trail of coley valen "coley valen you are charged with the murder of your student kari darkmoon who died 4 years ago at your hand how do you plead" "not guilty it was my brother zolon who killed her"

After finding the portal that was mentioned in the letter Windi had recieved she stepped into it and wondered where she was when she exited. She wandered around the portal for a few minutes trying to find the person that was supposed to meet her when she exited. She still had no idea why she was summoned here but if she was needed she would help if possible.

Zed saw a women wondering around the portal wonderig if it was the same woman who he had sent the letter too. He then went up to the women.
"hello miss i am zed zulranda is htier something i can help you with"

Windi was startled for a minute when she heard her name called. She turned around and saw this man walking towards her. After he introduced himself to Windi she relaxed some.
"Yes I am Headmistress Windi. I recieved your owl I think asking me to come here. That I was needed. Before we go any further I would like to know where I am. Sorry but the letter you sent me was a little vague."

Windi was becoming more and more worried something had happened to Coley. Especially after Zed had told her that he had been taken to the Elder council. She followed Zed wondering the entire time what had happened and why she was summoned here as well.

"yes she is coley's and zolons mother but i must warn you she is not too found of outsiders becuse an outsider killed coley's father here we are this is jades house. I must go to the elder council to check on things as jade as instructed me to do ms valen is expecting you windi."

Windi nodded towards Zed and watched as he left. She then turned and knocked on the door. She waited for an answer before entering the house. While she waited she hoped Ms. Valen would not be to cross or upset with her. She had never met her when her and Coley were in college together and she really wanted to get to know her now that Coley had shown back up and Windi had fallen for him all over again.

Windi walked into the small cottage and followed Ms. Valen to an area in the dining room and took a seat at the table. She hoped Ms. Valen would be able to explain more to her about what was going on. She looked around the room and noticed the nice decor. She waited for Ms. Valen to have a seat before she started asking any questions.

"Coley sent me a letter just before he came to the village telling me not to worry. he has been placed on trail for the murder of kari darkmoon."

"I am sure Coley will work this out Ma'am. He is a very well trained Wizard. I am not sure how much or even if he told you about me and him in college. But I do know that he spoke very highly of you and his father. I am wondering though as to why I was asked to come here and why he has been placed on trial for killing a student. I know in my heart that Coley could not have done this."
Windi looked around the room and noticed a picture of Coley and she smiled. It brought her back to the time they ran around college together.

"Coley told me a little bit about you and him in college but not much. Soon after his vist home he was told ot trian kari and they left the village for training."
"but no matter how much he trys to convince the council he dident kill her. He wil still be found guilty. His brother has taken the coucil under his power as well as most of the villagers."
"before coley left for college he promised me that he would always look after zolon even if he was evil and that is why coley wont kill his brother but now i know he that he may have to break that promise he made so long ago"
